Pricing Overview

goClaw's hybrid pricing model — platform fee plus metered overage. Starter $99, Growth $249, Scale $699.

goClaw uses a hybrid pricing model: a fixed monthly platform fee for access and included baseline usage, plus metered overage billing for consumption beyond the baseline. You always know what you're paying for access; heavy use is billed fairly.

Overage rates

When you exceed your baseline, usage is billed at per-unit overage rates. Rates are set at ~2.2x COGS and decrease with higher tiers.

StarterGrowthScale
Tokens$2.50/M$2.00/M$1.50/M

SMS$0.015 each$0.013 each$0.010 each
WhatsApp$0.05 each$0.04 each$0.03 each

Overage is calculated at the end of each billing period and added as a line item on your invoice.

Why hybrid pricing?

The hybrid model aligns with how you actually use goClaw:

  • Predictable base: Know your minimum monthly cost upfront
  • Fair scaling: Pay more only when you use more
  • Natural tier pressure: Heavy users are nudged toward the right tier by economics, not hard cutoffs
  • No surprise invoices: Overage rates are transparent and predictable

The alternative (pure flat-rate) would either under-price heavy users (compressing margins) or over-price light users. The alternative (pure token markup) is unpredictable and feels "cheap" for a platform product.

Token budget explained

The token budget covers all LLM usage in your agent:

  • Agent reasoning (reading messages, writing responses)
  • CRM operations (searching contacts, drafting notes)
  • Research pipeline (processing curiosity queue items)
  • Classification tasks (routing messages, scoring leads)

Token mix matters. goClaw routes to cheaper models (Haiku) for fast, simple tasks and more capable models (Sonnet) for reasoning. The blended cost is roughly $1.83 per million tokens at typical usage mix (70% Haiku, 25% Sonnet, 5% Opus).

5M tokens (Starter) handles approximately:

  • 300 prospect research runs
  • 1,000 outbound emails written
  • 500 inbound messages processed
  • 20 nightly research pipeline runs

20M tokens (Growth) handles approximately:

  • 1,200 prospect research runs
  • 4,000 emails written
  • 2,000 messages processed
  • 60 research pipeline runs
